Slander generally means any libel communicated by publicly spoken words, radio or any mechanical or other means which:  | Falsely charges any person with crime, or with having been indicted, convicted, or punished for crime. |  | Falsely attributes to a person the present existence of an infectious, contagious, or loathsome disease. |  | Directly injures a person with respect to his or her office, profession, trade or business by making false statements charging a general disqualification with respect to the specific office or occupation that has a natural tendency to lessen its profits. |  | Falsely impeaches a person's honesty, integrity, virtue or reputation. |  | By natural consequence, causes actual damage. |
